Untitled (Love and Kisses)
Two figures lean into each other, backs to us, their heads almost touching. I worked fast here, letting the gold and ochre of their skin and clothing tangle with the dark greens and violets around them until the background nearly swallows the scene. That woven orange shape at their feet, part basket, part sandal, is the only steady thing in all that movement.
