Indian Market
A vendor crouches low over baskets of limes and pale fish, her yellow blouse the one hard note of colour against a rust-red awning. Behind her the market dissolves into white midday light, figures in loose robes bent over their own trading. I painted this fast, chasing the crowd before the light moved on.
