Lovers Bathing
Two lovers, faces pressed close in a kiss, sink into cool water tangled with reeds and grasses. I let the brushwork dissolve where skin meets water, so the embrace feels almost swallowed by the pond. Behind them the light goes soft and hazy, like heat rising off the surface.
