Blackberry
The ochre ground kept pushing through no matter how much white and teal I layered over it, so I let it stay, like light caught behind branches. Down at the lower left a dark plum mass gathers and spreads, almost like a bruise, the way blackberries stain whatever they touch. Everything else is movement, big turning strokes that never quite settle into a single shape.
